Semen: How to Make Your Cum Taste Better – Not Bitter

Guys, if you’ve ever wondered why most women prefer to spit not swallow, then I have some sad news for you. It’s probably because your semen tastes awful.

I am perpetually amazed how men want a woman to swallow their sperm, and yet the men have either never tasted it themselves or they don’t even like the taste of their own semen. Men expect women to chug their “wad” (porn, much?); and then men get annoyed when a woman does NOT want to lap up their “load”. (Hypocrites.)

What’s really going on, though? And how can we change women’s minds so they look forward to swallowing your cum? Well, it starts with you MEN.

The main reason semen tastes bad in most American men is that their semen is very bitter and makes the woman want to throw up. (Sorry, guys.) I believe the taste of bitter semen triggers the innate reflex to vomit because, in nature, poisonous plants usually taste bitter – and our biology knows this.

As a woman who loves sex and being sensual, I adore sucking head. I’ve always felt a surge of excitement just thinking about locking my lips around a man’s penis. The one thing I never could enjoy was tasting the semen. I learned to bring the man’s glans penis as far back in my mouth as possible when he was close to ejaculating so the semen shot past most of my taste buds. The chlorine-tinged, acrid taste of sperm was always the worst part of giving head. My taste buds wanted nothing to do with it!

Our taste buds are located not only on the tongue but also on the soft palate, the interior of the cheeks, the epiglottis, and the top of the esophagus. Each taste “bud” is a papilla – or nipple-like structure – that houses gustatory taste receptors which send information to the primary gustatory cortex in the brain via the cranial nerves in the face, pharynx, and larynx. The brain then decides if what you’re tasting is sweet, salty, sour, bitter, or umami.

But where does semen’s bitter taste come from?

BITTER

The SAD (Standard American Diet) highly contributes to the bitter, awful taste of most American men’s semen. The highly-processed, pre-packaged foods on grocery store shelves are chock full of chemicals to “preserve” flavor, color, and texture and impart a lonely shelf-life of a nuclear winter. And soybean-infused fast food is an offense to every cell in your body.

Even fresh fruits and vegetables are sometimes treated with a chlorinated rinse when being washed. Have you ever seen a white powdery residue on carrots or cucumbers after a few days in the fridge? That’s chlorine. To avoid this, always buy organic fresh or frozen produce. And hard-skinned produce such as apples and eggplant are usually buffed with wax so they look better under store lights.

Most so-called experts on men’s health will tell you that a healthy man’s semen has a chlorine smell and taste to it. I disagree. I do believe most men in America have a chlorine flavor to their semen – every man but one whose semen I’ve swallowed all tasted like swimming pool water. But I think the chlorine taste to American men’s semen is not because of their health status but rather from eating foods rinsed with a chlorine wash and/or drinking chlorinated city water from the tap.

This influx of chlorine into a man’s diet and drinking water will absolutely affect the man’s semen – but that does not at all indicate that it is normal for semen to have an aroma or flavor of chlorine. It is simply common for most American men’s cum to smell like swimming-pool water because of the chlorinated food and water supply in the United States. (Just as circumcision being common in the U.S. does not make circumcision normal.) There is a difference.

Cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli, cauliflower, collards, and kale are high in sulfur which may affect your semen’s flavor. I would never recommend omitting these important veggies from your diet because they contain a wealth of nutrients for the body. However, I can recommend cooking these vegetables to help break down the sulfur bonds prior to eating them, thereby making the digestion process easier and better for absorbing their nutrients. So try not to eat these highly-sulfuric foods raw.

Another contributor to foul semen includes eating excessive amounts of garlic, onion, and other alliums such as green onions (scallions), chives, and leeks. Again, sulphur is the culprit! So, yes, pizza, Italian food, and Asian garlic sauce are your semen’s worst enemy. To achieve a garlicy-onion flavor with your home-cooked dishes, try using hing, a.k.a. asafoetida, used by the Hare Krishnas and others who prefer not to use onion or garlic in their cuisine.

I will even go out on a limb here and put “excessive amounts of red meat” on this no-eat list as well. Red meat is an extremely hard protein to digest, and the result has an acidic effect on the body. This acidic effect of red meat and other acidizing foods and beverages may affect your semen’s flavor. Therefore, if you eat red meat, try to limit the amounts to no more than twice per week, the portion sizes to 6 oz. (or the size of your palm), and only eat free-range, grass-raised, AND grass-finished red meat. (Hint: You won’t find this at your local fast food place!)

Additional factors in making your cum taste bitter are certain illnesses – such as diabetes, medications, alcohol, beer, smoking, and sugar. I think it’s pretty self-explanatory how alcohol and smoking are detrimental to your health; and medications can affect your semen’s taste, but then, so can the illnesses for which you’re taking the meds in the first place. Sugar may be a surprise, though.

Eating sugary foods on a regular basis makes your whole body sick, affecting your heart, brain, hormones, and pH levels. Also, starch from ingredients such as flour, rice, and potatoes, must first be turned into sugar in the body before it can be burned as fuel or stored as fat. So that savory, all-you-can-stuff-in-your-face-pasta special at the Italian restaurant is probably just as dangerous for you as eating that entire box of glazed doughnuts.

If you are a smoking, boozing, city-water-drinking, pizza-eating, sweets-scarfing couch-potato, you may want to make some lifestyle changes…. Like, now.

BETTER

So, just how do you make your semen taste good?

Be healthy.

Seriously, it really is that simple. Men who are healthy, who eat a healthy diet of mostly organic foods, drink mostly purified water as their preferred beverage, and do not smoke tend to have sweeter-tasting semen.

The men I’ve spoken with over the years incorporate low-sugar fruits into their diet to sweeten their semen, while also avoiding dishes laden with garlic, onions, and other sulphuric foods. They also limit alcohol and caffeine, and they don’t smoke.

The irony is that removing refined sugar from your diet can make your cum taste sweeter. Adding in low-sugar fruits, such as apples, pears, peaches, pomegranate, and berries, can help, too; and “vegetables” such as avocados and cucumbers are actually fruits that are very healthy for you. I think these low-sugar fruits affect the semen flavor possibly because these natural foods also offer many vitamins and nutrients that assist your body’s overall health and immune system.

Citrus fruits are not recommended, however, except for lemon juice. The men I’ve talked with avoid oranges, as they each noticed that oranges and/or orange juice brought back the bitter flavor to their semen. Lemon juice is actually alkalizing on the body, so if you drink lemon water to assist digestion, there’s no reason to stop.

I don’t have any personal anecdotes on apple cider vinegar, but ACV is so great for the body, keep using it as you normally do until you’ve removed all other factors making your semen taste bad. If your cum still tastes bitter, omit ACV for a couple of weeks and see what happens to the flavor of your semen.

Watermelon and beets can also improve the tastiness of your cum while their nitric oxide content improves your arteries’ health, potentially increasing the size and duration of your erections.

From my own sexperience as an oral aficionado, I can honestly say that the best semen I have ever tasted was with an intact man who was very healthy. I could drink buckets of his cum.

Sexperiment – for cum’s sake!

Try these tips I mentioned and let me know how they work for you. I would love to hear what you incorporated into or omitted from your diet and lifestyle to create better-tasting semen for your partner. Remember, every man is different with a different body chemistry, so it may take a while to perfect the diet and lifestyle changes that improve your semen’s flavor.

But, hey! What better reason to embark upon a healthier life than seeing your partner licking up every drop of your cum and exclaiming how delicious it is?!

Happy swallowing!
